If you love quilting stars as much as I do, then I do believe you’ve found your next pattern!
It all started with the idea of combining stars of multiple sizes into one quilt top. Then I began to play around with the idea of having stars with multiple “layers” and, suddenly, the stars aligned. When this pattern was first published in 2019, it was only written for a throw size, but I have since added a bed size that involves just a few extra star.
This pattern uses the four-at-a-time technique for making flying geese that you may not be familiar with, but you’re sure going to get a lot of practice by the time you're done piecing this quilt! This technique is best suited for an intermediate level quilter or a confident beginner.
